Remote Dossier: how it works
1.We collect all available data you have on your product. We sign a full Confidential agreement with you: your data will be carefully kept and never shared outside our structure.
2.We complete/grow your data with information coming by our big and updated Toxicological Ingredient Database (that we keep DAILY updated!)
3.We setup a full/hexaustive PIF per each of your product.
4.We send you a statement of Dossier: a list of completed Dossier
5.We keep it daily updated thank to our connections to all most important scientific databases
What happens in case of Inspection?
Case 1: we are the Responsible Person
1.If we assumed the role of Responsible Person : in case of inspection your PIF will shown and commented by our Expert, so that Health Authorities will have all clarification and support they would need. That will decrease the probability of misunderstandings or useless further inspections. Then we will send you an Inspection Report that will describe you in details the results of inspection.
Case 2: If you keep the role of Responsible Person: we will give you a Phone number that is always available (+ email emergency address, as further security), all the days of the year. We will speak with Authorities and we will give them first information about your product; we will inform them that the Dossier-PIF will be available in a matter of few minutes (the time for offering them a cup of coffee), then we send you by email the PIF in .pdf format (that is accepted under 1223/2009). In case of huge files we will send you an “url” with a password for download it. Then you can show or print (as they prefer).
